While I doubt you will actually read this message or care what it says, may I remind you that all the people who work on Banshee are volunteers with their own lives that do not revolve around yours.

Perhaps you would care to write a patch or even submit a bug report (if you have found a valid one) in a manner that suggests you actually know what manners are. After all, nothing can be fixed if no one knows what is broken. 

Alas, off you go complaining of an awful program. Perhaps it is better that way.
