Hello, neither Banshee 1.8.0 nor 1.9.0 recognize my iphone 3GS running 4.1. Or at least it doesn't appear. I'm not sure if it's a problem with Banshee or my system (Gentoo). The relevant bit from the debug might be the following:
[1 Debug 22:00:09.832] Dap support extension loaded: Banshee.Dap.AppleDevice
[1 Debug 22:00:09.840] Delayed Initializating Banshee.Podcasting.PodcastService
[2 Info 22:00:09.898] AppleDeviceSource is ignoring unmounted volume iPhone
[2 Warn 22:00:09.913] Caught an exception - System.InvalidOperationException: Operation is not valid due to the current state of the object (in `Banshee.Dap.AppleDevice')

Is the iphone supposed to be mounted by something else before Banshee can see it? Clementine 1.5.3 can see the iphone but it doesn't support podcasts.
Should anyone be using the iphone support until
Bug 631207 is fixed?
