banshee doing exceptionally well on fedora 14 which was running on vmware 7
under win7 host on my pc. 

i dont know which sounding heavenly 1) either sound driver ES1371    or  2)
banshee 1.8 or 3) directx output on windows (if it is so winamp is not upto
this mark where banshee sounding heavenly lol). 

that host win7 sound driver also follows same equaliser settings all the
time with 6 Db boost option.

my equaliser settings on banshee 

pre-amp    eq1 eq2 eq3 eq4 eq5 eq6 eq7 eq8 eq9 eq10

0	              0    3   -1   -7   -6   -3    0    3     4       0

hope this helps atleast some people who want to make banshee better. i use
1/3 of total bass on my woofer knob.
