[Banshee-List] iPod Touch shuffle mode doesn't really work right.

When playing back from an iPod Touch the music files initially all have a
locked icon on the left most column of the playlist. Songs that are manually
played are no longer locked. When using shuffle next Banshee will only
shuffle through the songs that do not have the lock symbol (i.e. Ones that
have already been played). 

Shuffle off and Previous work fine. It will play the next or previous song
whether it has a lock icon or not.
