[Banshee-List] Deleting unused album art?

Is there an easy way to work out what album art is unused and to delete
it? I've got some albums (mainly compilations, but also single artist
albums) that show up once in Banshee but have up to two dozen identical
covers stored in ~/.cache/media-art. There are also various covers from
tracks that I've listened to samples of on Amazon but never bought.

I know they don't take up much room, but it'd just be easier to review
the album art I had if Banshee only kept one copy of the album art and
only for songs I still had. I know the duplicates probably occur because
of changes in album or artist name, which gives it a new hash and needs
a new ID, but I've not changed most of my song metadata in ages and it
still has duplicates.
