Means you don't have the wma decoder. Install all
gstreamer-plugins-{base,good,bad,ugly} and -ffmpeg, too, for good
measure.
Still, it might not work as WMA is a closed format that may not be
supported by gstreamer. Unless you can play the files - you won't be
able to convert them to iPod-understandable mp3s.
Yeah, I already had them installed so it looks like they don't 'do' wma...
You prompted me to search the repository though, and I came across a
couple of other likely-looking plugins (one called 'soundconverter'...),
which I've installed and Banshee is now converting the wma files to
something the iPod likes.
So something fixed it lol
