I think the best way to track this down is not print anything, but:
1. Shrink your music library to half number of files: 2500. (Move the
others to other location.)
2. Import again. If it's still lacking songs, do 1 again, if not, try to
identify the ones not being synced, and file a bug report about it.
Hopefully you will be able to do the process of shrinking your music
library some times, in order to have a better testcase with just a few
files.
