[Banshee-List] Is transcoding to removable media possible ?

Hi all

I am new to the list, and to Banshee. I *love* that it worked out of the
box with my HTC Android phone. :) Thank you for a great music
player/manager.

I'd like to transcode my FLAC files on the fly when transferring to
removable media, just as I do with my phone. Is there a way to configure
Banshee to do this with regular USB removable media ?

Thanks for any hints on doing this.
