[Banshee-List] Banshee karma plugin : no tracks

I'm experiencing again a severe problem with the karma plugin : it seems
it can't access any tracks on the Karma. The karma is mounted as omfs,
riocp can transfer files, rhymthmbox can access and play the tracks but
the karma plugin of banshee can't see any tracks, it just wiggles its
toes for a minute or so before giving up.

I had this problem before and thought I had solved it by recompiling
everything after fixing some inconsistencies between the libkarma
library and its pkgconfig file but now it's back.

Another thin. When it was working, I seem to have noticed that for the
karma plugin to work the MTP and/or Mass Storage plugins had to be
enable along with the karma plugin, leading to 2 "Rio Karma Music
Player" entries in banshee, only one of which displaying the tracks.

I'm running banshee-1.4.1 (same problem with latest svn) libkarma-0.1.0

I'm ready to run all the tests you can suggest but don't have any idea
where to turn. Thanks for your help.
