Gabriel, I think you misunderstand his problem.  Looking at his 
screenshots, he wants to save the order of his smart playlists.  You can 
right-click the Music Library and choose an option under "Sort 
Children", but this is not preserved.

Sojusnik, I recommend filing a new bug in bugzilla if you can't find a 
report of this one.
