[Banshee-List] Quick Sync Question

Hello

I've just installed the latest Banshee on PCLOS.

Everything is fine in regard to identifying my mp3 device (Samsung P2) and
for transferring the files to the device.

However, Banshee appears to be transferring rather than syncing to the
device - what I mean by this is... 

I listen to a podcast, remove download in Banshee and then sync with the
device, the deleted podcast remains on the device rather than mirroring what
is in the Banshee directory - so it transfers rather than syncs.

Have I missed a trick somewhere or do I have to manually delete from the
device and from Banshee (which would be painful).

It's a great product so I suspect I'm missing something, but for the life of
me I can't find it.
