I don't know how to fire bugs.
This notification message will not disturb as playing fullscreen slide presentation or image view.
So I guess it's a bug of wine.
Any way, I found the "Show Notifications" check box and it's works.

When playing full screen games with wine, the popup notification will bring it back to desktop. This really pissed me off.

This sounds like a bug in libnotify; IMO it shouldn't mess up any fullscreen activity. Would it be possible for you to file a bug? If not, let me know and I could.
