[Banshee-List] podcast target directory support?

Hi,

is there a way to specify a podcast directory outside your 
collection? I have my music collection on my external harddisk but 
I would like to listen to podcasts while being on the road. On the 
same note, it would be nice to be able to specify target 
directories for podcasts when syncing to mass storage devices (or, 
if implemented, rockbox).
