I mean "Delete from Drive" in the right-click context menu, not "Remove".
I'm a PPA banshee user on Ubuntu8.04.
Banshee is lovely till several days ago, guess some upgrade in PPA brought many new problems.
Anyother people encountered the same issue?

Delete meaning "Delete from disk" or pressing delete?

Either way, I have not noticed this, but please test whether it happens
in Banshee 1.3.3 (found in
http://launchpad.net/~banshee-unstable-team/+archive ).

If it does, file a bug. http://banshee-project.org/contribute/file-bugs/
