Ok, I got it : mono SVN has been recently changed to default to warning
level 4 instead of 3. So it's giving more warnings. And as the
compilation is done with the "-warnaserror" option, it fails because of
these.
I get at least some of these with mono 1.9.1 with the "-warn:4" option.

So I guess what you found are real issues that will have to be adressed
in some way. 
Mike, could you open a bug for this and attach your patch to it ? It
would help us keeping track of this.
