Re: [Banshee-List] iPod playlists

VERY sweet.

I set up some smart playlists on my ipod with itunes and I've noticed
when I add mp3's with rythmbox they automatically are added to the
appropriate smart playlists.

As mentioned, I've just rediscovered banshee because of it's
podcasting updates, my last one dependancy on iTunes... but I can't
sync my ipod because I'd already updated itunes to 7.2 which
apparently changes the layout of meta info in some way which Banshee
doesn't yet recognize.

The prospect of full or partial playlist support would be another
feather int he cap of banshee.

Checking back frequently for banshee updates.

I'm finishing up a patch to allow playlists with the ipod. It works
right now for manual sync. If you don't know how to compile from
source and patch then just wait for the next version. I should be out
in a few months.
