I'm cool with making this into a synchronize local plugin.  It
wouldn't be hard to have it scan a music directory to add tracks.  I'm
not sure if there is a master music location so we would have to
prompt the user for the directory to scan or have it as a
configuration option.

I had planned to write a plugin for importing/exporting playlists
next.  I guess great minds think alike?  :-)  I have a bunch of
playlists that have lots of songs.  Mostly these are mix playlists so
they take a long time to create.  I'd like to store them in the top
level of my music directory.  Then I could add them by importing.  The
links could be relative to my music directory so I could use it across
multiple machines.

Anybody else that wants to play with the clean plugin, let me know and
I'll email it to you.  It's small.  Only a little over 100k.
