I'd make sure that you've got a "ffmux_mp4" element in the GST
pipeline just before the filesink.  For SoundJuicer, you'd want a
pipeline like "faac ! ffmux_mp4".  Plus, you might want to add some
options to the faac element, like bitrate or whatever.
