I think there's a typo on the Balsa web page - it skips from 2.4.9 to  
2.4.13.

Minor point - does anybody know who the Gentoo packager is?  The latest  
they have is 2.4.8, which went stable in March, and had a fix for the  
aspell dep in April, but no evidence of 2.4.9 or 2.4.10 (I know 10 was  
just released yesterday....)
