Bug#539506: balsa, IMAP and receiving new messages...

I think I am suffering from the same bug.

For me: I only have an IMAP account (imaps), and new messages do not 
appear automatically.  Sometimes, I can force a refresh by entering a 
resetting the filter, but most of the time: closing the INBOX tab, and 
re-opening it does the trick.

Not good, but at least it works...
