ANNOUNCE: balsa-2.4.5 released

Hello everybody,

balsa-2.4.5 has just been released. It fixes the trivial but  
show-stopping building problem encountered when the build is configured  
--with-gnome. Please note we skip 2.4.4 - the sources are tagged in  
git, but we thought we could wait a day with the release and see  
whether any other critical problems surface.

Balsa-2.4.5, comes with several new features inherited from 2.4.3:  
mostly network-related improvements and optimisations and  
customisations for small screens.

- IMAP compression (COMPRESS=DEFLATE) when supported by server
- making opening attachment easier by saving them in a directory
- downloadable images when using Webkit html widget
- faster opening of the compose window.
- text searching enabled in the WebKit html viewer.
- options to hide toolbars and other parts of the UI (useful on  
netbooks etc).
- For laptop/wifi users: not trying to reach POP3 servers while
  disconnected, and instead checking immediately on reconnection.
- bugfixes  605435, 605807, and some other reported on balsa-list.
