I just pushed a patch to master to fix it.  One wrinkle: if you rescan a  
folder tree during the session in which it's added to the list, it gets  
duplicated :(  I'm not sure what the difference is that causes that...

The patch may have unintended consequences--rescanning is delicate, and  
difficult to get correct--please check it out /carefully/!
