That's bad.  I still use Fedora 9, and there the gnupg2 rpm (inter
alia) directly depends on pinentry.  I *think* this is not fully
correct, as gpg2 actually depends upon gpg-agent, which in turn needs
pinentry, but I may be wrong.  In any case, you should ask for fixing
the gnupg2 dependencies.

Is there still a gpg-agent package?  On my (F9) box:

$ rpm -q -f /usr/bin/gpg-agent
gnupg2-2.0.9-1.fc9.i386
