That's bad. I still use Fedora 9, and there the gnupg2 rpm (inter alia) directly depends on pinentry. I *think* this is not fully correct, as gpg2 actually depends upon gpg-agent, which in turn needs pinentry, but I may be wrong. In any case, you should ask for fixing the gnupg2 dependencies.
