It is already available in FedoraExtras development repository.

The major reason for this release is an buffer overflow bug fixed in  
IMAP code (#474366, reported by an individual with a slightly worrisome  
name of Evil Ninja Squirrel). It can be exploited by wicked IMAP  
servers that balsa connects to, or gets tricked into connecting to.
