[OT] Balsa and procmail

Hi all,

I have a (probably off-topic) regarding the co-operation of balsa and procmail. My procmail rules are used to distribute the incoming messages into several mbox file. I today noticed that a message I sent to myself from a different account was missing. Having a closer look at it, I found this message (which is huge, plus several other large ones) in my /var/spool/mail folder, instead of ~/mail/incoming. The procmail log says

procmail: Error while writing to "/home/albrecht/mail/incoming"
procmail: Truncated file to former size

(the "incoming" file is the DEFAULT for procmail)
I suspect some kind of "interference" between Balsa and procmail accessing the file. Any idea what goes wrong, and how I could fix it?

Thanks,
Albrecht.
