I don't use pop but I tried it with imap, and I *sometimes* get two
notifications and sometimes I get a single notification, telling me I got
2 new messages. I'm not sure why.

When I think about it, I think my vote would be for just "Balsa". That
should be clear enough - I don't think "information" or "notification"
adds anything useful to the message.
