Balsa 2.2 & GPG support

Hi all!

Since the latest updates to gmime 2.1 9 and balsa 2.2.5, GnuPG support in  
balsa is now *really* and *fully* functional. Please see

for details. I also added very short instructions for installing pinentry  
and gpg-agent which provide a passphrase cache similar to the one in balsa  
2.0, only much safer and much smarter, as it works for all GPG related  
stuff on your system.

The next crypto related tasks on my agenda are:

- S/MIME (RFC 2633) support, which should be available very soon
 (hopefully this month?);
- an identity extension to make the default signing key selectable.
