OK, thanks.  I was able to make replacement icons for all listed therein,  
but when I start Balsa, they are not used in the message lists (replied,  
forwarded, attachment, etc. icons), nor in the menus.  I have them listed  
properly in my GTK theme's iconrc, so this seems to be a problem in Balsa;  
it should be pulling icons from the theme where it can.

Can anyone confirm this?
