Apparently the call to g_mime_content_type_new() is deep in
GMime--Balsa asks GMime to parse an entire message in frame #49,
and the error occurs many frames deeper, so there's practically
nothing Balsa can do anticipate and avoid the error.
Whether g_warning() is the appropriate way to warn you that a
broken Content-type is being replaced with "application/octet-
stream" is debatable. We could ask Jeff to tone it down or
disable it completely in released versions.
