Update on gmime in balsa

Hi all,

Here is an other status update of Balsa using gmime. The local mailbox  
handling is now basicly complete, except for some details with mbox see  
point 2 below. The basic imap mailbox is compleet, it needs more testing  
and fleshing out. The imap code is not optimised to minimize the  
connection traffic, I am planning to address this in a seperate patch. My  
idea for this is that the mailbox code adjusts the mailbox message index.  
And then do something like in the attached diff, retrieving only the  
displayed items.

points:
*libgmime has problems with verifying some multiparts and rechecking some  
normal messages. See also the bug report at:  
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=116200
*related with bug 116200 is that changing the status of messages can  
change the message text with the mbox format.
*Some functions have become obsolete and need cleaning up, but that can be  
done the moment the patch is ready for integration.
*The sendmail sending code needs to be done, is this still being used?
*CLIENT_CONTEXT members should be moved to the LibBalsaMailbox* structs

todo items imap:
*implement libbalsa_mailbox_imap_sync
*instant flag changes or on commit
*make thread safe
*implement TLS and imaps connections
