An off the wall suggestion: we could always pass off the HTML emails to
html2ps and use gv/ggv to do the print previews. Lazy? Yes.
The reason I've taken on this raising awareness about this bug is
because I, like other people do have non-computing friends who use
Outlook and Hotmail and wouldn't know the first thing about ASCII vs
HTML emails.
