Hi,

  since Bcc: recipients aren't supposed to be in the To: header and the 
Bcc: header needs to be stripped for transmission to the To: recipients, 
this is done by sending the mail twice:
one copy, including Bcc, to the bcc recipients and another with Bcc 
stripped to the To: recipients. If the mail is put into the sentbox when 
it's given to libesmtp, this would cause every message that has Bcc: 
recipients to be saved twice.
