Autoconf issues

Hi all,
I've discovered a problem with autoconf & friends that has impacted the latest
libESMTP tarballs. It seems if I configure with some of the optional stuff in
subdirectories disabled, make dist generates a broken tarball - the source the
disabled subdirectories is omitted! Running configure from the tarball fails
and the project will not build.
I'm shortly going to upload the tarballs again! Anyone who has downloaded
libesmtp-1.0.tar.{gz,bz2} please delete them and try again later - about 5pm
GMT should be OK!
Sorry about the hassle folks. (I really really hate autoconf, have I mentioned
that before?)
