Yes, its strange indeed. Both pcre-config and pcreposix.h are shipped with
the libpcre0-devel package. Richard just said in another email that he
doesnt have pcre0-devel package installed. He could have some stale
pcre-config laying around from a previous installation, but not
'/usr/include/pcreposix.h', and thus the build will fail; or there's really
something broken with configure.
