Well, yes, I have to agree.  I looked at the code for fetching imap 
messages, and on the face of it, it appears to rescan the headers when 
it downloads the message, headers and all--so is that wrong? Does it 
not really get the full headers, or does it not pass it through to 
libbalsa, or what?
