Does balsa-1.1.6 needs libesmtp-0.8.1-2?

Due to the fact that a compile of balsa-1.1.6 with installed libesmtp-0.8.1
failed because missing smtp_option_require_all_recipients I have installed
the binary libesmtp-0.8.1-2. But here I have the problem of a missing
libary libcrypto on my system. Has someone an idea where can I catch this
libary?
Is it possible that balsa-1.1.6 needs libesmtp-0.8.1-2 but I have not seen
the source.
