I made a new patch against today's CVS, see below. I hope this is what you
thought of? What do you think, is it o.k. now?
I also tried to write a few words about this feature for the online help, but
as I do not have the necessary tools installed (yet) I could not check if it
looks nice. And due to my poor english it will need some "polish", I am
afraid.
Soon I will start working on the "reverse" options (replying to a Disposition
Notification request) as discussed in this list about a month ago. However,
please do not expect rapid results as I am currently flodded with my "normal"
work :-((

Just an idea: Is it possible to print the unread mails in the list window in
boldface and/or the "unread color"? I know this feature from Netscape and I
think it is quite nice. It would also be a good idea to print a closed thread
in this way if there is at least one unread message in it.
