whish: colour certain recepients as specified in some kind of list

I have on two occasions managed to send mails to lists instead of the
single users I had intended. This has caused me some considerable
embaressment, since they were not entirely nice messages, and not intended
for the company staff list.

(No, this does not only happen in bad american movies)

If there was some kind of list, perhaps a simple text-file that was read at
startup, I could define certain recepients, balsa could colour these
recepients, and I could be warned.
