Look at the attached patch (it replaces the one I sent earlier), which does
exactly this. You will find a check button in the mail options/outgoing
notebook for that.
Unfortunately, this patch affects a couple of files...
* libbalsa/mime.[hc]
add parameter to content2reply() which selects ignoring of text/html parts
add the same parameter to local helper functions
don't return text/html is parameter is set
* libbalsa/message.[hc]
remove unused function libbalsa_message_get_text_content()
* src/balsa-app.h
add gboolean field to balsa_app structure which selects ignoring of
text/html parts
* src/pref-manager.c
additional checkbutton in outgoing mail options page
* src/save-restore.c
save/restore the parameter as `StripHtmlInReply={true|false}'
* src/sendmsg-window.c
changed calls to content2reply
