Whether it is correct or not may be besides the point--both Netscape and
Macrohards' Outlook/Outlook Express have options that allow the sender
to FORCE only sending HTML mail. This may be horrid, but the reality is
that I get plenty of "empty" messages this way--either because they're
HTML-only, or someone down-stream stripped the HTML-only message off.
Really clutters the Inbox . . . :)
