Moved mails get saved strange..

(Balsa1.0pre3, Debian woody with helix gnome)

This is my problem:
I move a mail from inbox to another mailbox.
Then when, for some strange reason, i choose to shutdown X with
ctrl+alt+backspace.. 
after that when i start balsa again, the mail is both in the mailbox where
i moved it to.. and in the mailbox
where i moved it from.
It seemes like when balsa moves mail, it saves it in the mailbox where it's
moved to.. but dont 
change the mailbox where its moved from.
Well, it lookes like its not there when you moved it, so it must be some
kind of a "bufferthing".. 

Well, nevermind if this doesn't make sence to you :)
But i just find it irritating that it only seemes to REALY change one of
the mailboxes.
