A bug and a wish

Hi,

First the bug:

When I change the font in the preferences dialog the
subject line is still the old one.
E.g. changing to a big font the subject is still small.

Second the wish:

How about a possibility to create folders directly with balsa.
It is nasty to start a console changing to ~/mail/ creating
a new folder where I can create a mailbox with balsa.
It would be really nice in one of the next / final releases
