O.k., then I will try to hack this part too. I'm on holidays for some weeks
now, so it might take some weeks. BTW, is this list the right place
to submit any patches? Or should they go to an other place?

I know this problem... It may even violate the security philosphy of some
networks, so I think I will add a switch to configure so that it is possible
to disable the receipt acknowledgement completely. Some people always think
their administrator is paranoid (well, they might be right;-)) so they can
ignore any warnings. To be able to request this acknowledgement is less
critical, so it should not be covered by this option, though.
