Suggest: Disposition-Notification-To patch

Hi all!

I switched to balsa this week, replacing the Netscape Messenger, and it is
*really* much better! Thanks for your great work!

However, one feature I miss from Netscape is the option to include a
"Disposition-Notification-To" header to get some kind of "return receipt". I
worte a quick hack against ver. 1.0.1 (attached below) which adds this
feature. What do you think of it?

Note that this patch does only take care of *sending* this header line. I read
RFC1894, but I did not find out if we have to send any reply if we *receive* a
message with this header line, of if sendmail does this. Any ideas?
