problem with sending mail

Hello,
Sometimes, when I send mail, I receive a message box with : " SMTP protocol
error. Cannot relay. Your message is left in OutBox. " and in the console I
have this :
Gdk-WARNING **: locale not supported by C library
250 sender is <daique@econophone.be>, (yeah sure, it's probably forged)
chMAIL FROM:<daique@econophone.be>
Why ? Is it because the daique mailbox is an alias or a balsa bug?
