Hi all,

Because of the Gnome Wiki's authority issue, we had not sent the minutes of last IRC meeting in the first time, now here comes the 2nd's IRC meeting minutes and some useful links of this project.

• Gnome Asia 2017 Chongqing project status
  • date and venues confirmed
    • date：conference date is oct 14–15；oct 16 is the day for tour
    • venue：in Minzhuhu Hall of Chongqing University
    • fee：US $400／ per day，including 1 main hall with 400 seats and 3 rooms with 30-50 seats (both hall and rooms have seats tables and digital devices)
