*Contents of the Program:

**What is l10n?
In this section, I would like to introduce the basic concepts
including l10n and i18n. Also, I would like to point out the
importance of l10n.

**Damned Lies
In this section, I would like to introduce the Damned Lies to all with
presentation and screenshots.

***Sign up for Damned Lies
***Find Your Team
***Find Your Module
***Start to Translate
In this section, all participants will get familiar with the basic
functions of damned lies.

**Poedit
***Install Poedit
***Configure Poedit
In this section, all participants will install poedit and configure it.

**Submit the translation
In this section, all participants will translate a few items and
submit their first PO.
