I think we can give that as an example of things to include with their proposal.  The more information they provide the better idea we will have of their organization thoughts as well their attention to detail.

As I recall from past 2 years, preliminary agenda is included at proposals.

I think it will help potential hosts to tell our asia committee and foundation why should the summit next year to be hosted at their cities. And improve quality and connection between the local and global GNOME communities. :)
