Re: How about Sponsor level?

Dear All,

Updated CFS according to yesterday's decision on IRC.
-Deleted the Joined Sponsorship table
-Add a Joined Sponsorship session
-Replaced the terms and conditions with 2011 version
-Deleted options for Joined Sponsorship in the application form at the
last page.

Thank you for review, Emily!

For Item 2, I think CFS will be updated as you guided.
For Item 3, I had a mistake. All companies must be listed. (I'll
re-check last year's CFS)

For Item 1, I have a worry about that item.
For successful business invitation session, we need many local
company's interests.
How can I invite local company...
If many international s/w companies are participated in business
session, there should be many invited local companies.(it is my worry
point.)

Hi Simon,

Thanks for the good work.

Some suggestions:
1. Page 2, Why not add "business session" to our sponsors ?

As a sponsor, you are offered:

Matchmaking opportunities for companies with local enterprises, been invited
to business session ;

Marketing opportunities to be featured in conference materials and presented
in media announcements;

Networking with highly capable developers and well-trained students.

2. Page 4,

Conference Venue – NIPA Business Tower (tentative)

Since we confirmed the venue, we can remove the word: tentative now. We
should provide the detail address information in CFS now.

Also, we can mention that venue is sponsored by government, which is a
positive message in our CFS.

3. Page 6

There is a blank area of the table: Our past sponsors. Why not fill this
blank with one more sponsors like: Sun or Lemote which were our sponsors for
many years.

What about the GUADEC brochures?
I think only GUADEC package is remained for CFS :)

FTR: Their sponsorship brochure is about to be finalised. The levels of
sponsorship are probably being dropped, i.e. you bump the levels up
without increasing the price and the cheapest one being discarded.

So I think it makes sense to coordinate sponsor brochures there.

Cheers,
  Tobi
